How plans work
One plan for every Otto service
Your organization’s plan and usage allowance are shared across Otto Factory, Otto Flags and future services. There is nothing to buy per service.
What counts as an operation
Operations are the billable calls your agents make to Otto services. Each plan includes a number of them every month.
When you reach the limit
Plans with a hard stop pause billable calls at the limit until the next month. The others keep working and meter the overage. Each plan above says which it is.

- Can we change plans?
- Yes. Write to us and we’ll change your plan.
- What happens when we reach our limit?
- It depends on the plan. On a plan with a hard stop, billable calls pause until the allowance renews the next month. On the others, work continues and usage beyond the allowance is metered as overage. Each plan above says which applies.
- What is Enterprise?
- A plan with a larger allowance and a price agreed with you, for organizations whose agents do a lot of work. Write to us to set it up.
- Is usage counted separately for each service?
- No. Calls to every Otto service count against the same allowance, so one plan covers your whole organization.
